Your 3-Month Clarinet Transformation Program Application

Are you interested in transforming many areas of your clarinet playing in the next 3 months? Congratulations - This is the place to make a clear difference in your clarinet progress and give you valuable tools to continue after our 3 months together. Please fill out the application form which will help Michelle to get to know you better (which will help her to help you during our live trainings). Once you complete this brief application, you can register for the Level 1 program (for less experienced clarinetists) and you will immediately receive your self-study courses, admission to the 3-Month Clarinet Transformation Community and information on our first live training sessions.

Would you like to play your clarinet more beautifully, in the shortest time possible? Michelle is accepting a group of 20 people who are committed to sounding their best, playing regularly, and being coached in a small group setting for three months in the March to May 2021 3-Month Clarinet Transformation Program - Level 1. This program will give you all of the support you need to improve much faster, and have someone available to help whenever you get stuck. The 3-Month Clarinet Transformation Program includes:

1. Twenty (20) Live Small Group Coaching Sessions with Michelle Anderson, Founder of Clarinet Mentors (value $400)

This is your chance to get regular, personal feedback from Michelle. There will be one or two  sessions each week where Michelle (and the occasional special guest artist) will give you the tools and resources to go from how you play now, to a much higher level of clarinet skill and confidence. Each of these sessions will be recorded, and your membership area will feature video replays of our sessions for your reference. Each lesson will have a focus, and there will be opportunities for you to have mini-lessons with Michelle, to ask questions, and to hear special coaching sessions designed exclusively for your group. These sessions will usually be 90-minutes depending upon our theme for the week, and how many people are having a mini-lesson for that session. Each participant has space for a monthly private lesson with Michelle, and the opportunity to load videos for feedback at anytime.

2. Your Clarinet Transformation Online Membership Area and Community

All of the live sessions with Michelle will be recorded, and placed in a membership area for you to review whenever you want to refer back to our sessions. Michelle will also place music and worksheets, customized to you in your membership area. You can also write messages to Michelle and upload videos for feedback in this membership area and interact with, and support, all of the other members in your group. These like-minded clarinetists will become some of your biggest cheerleaders, giving you the motivation and accountability that will help you to get great results during our time together. We've added an opportunity for participants to participate in recorded ensembles (like clarinet trios) by people either creating their own groups, or individuals recording their parts and Michelle edits them together into a performance video. There is also a grand clarinet choir for everyone to participate in at the end of our session together. 

3. BONUS: Access to a bundle of Michelle's best clarinet courses that are aimed at your level of clarinet experience to further your Clarinet Transformation (valued at more than your entire tuition for this program)

As a Level 1 participant,  you will be granted access to Clarinet Is Easy, The Easy Rhythm Method, Crossing the Break More Easily and 2 months of the Mastering Clarinet Music Club  (Value $531). These self-study courses give you many hours of videos, worksheets and practical lessons that you can continue working on after our 3 month program is complete. If you are new to these courses, you likely won't complete them in 3 months, but it will be a great resource for you during our session and beyond.

Michelle may assign homework to the group from these courses, and will show you how to use these courses to get the best results during our time together. If you already have any of these courses, you likely have a head start on some of our learning, but we will go deeper together as we select lessons that best support your development.

Total Value of the Clarinet Transformation Program = more than $1000 USD

Your Tuition =  *$497 USD (or three monthly payments of $170)

*If you are already a member of the Clarinet Is Easy, you will find an additional coupon of $197 in your course which reduces your tuition to only $300 USD.

Michelle's commitment is to give you regular group lessons and provide a specific list of action steps for you, along with the materials to help you get to the next level. Your commitment will be to have a vision of enjoying your clarinet at a much higher level, and be willing to be coached and try out the coaching suggestions as we work together. This may include submitting short videos to Michelle for feedback, or playing in our live sessions for mini-clarinet lessons with Michelle. Although these activities are optional, having the expert feedback will help you to improve much more quickly.

Which of these best describes your clarinet experience and playing level? Please note that there are two levels of experience being offered. If you aren't sure which level suits you, feel free to contact Michelle for further guidance. Ideally, you can send a brief video in for feedback. You may want to register to reserve a spot, and you can transfer to the other section if it suits you better.

A

New Clarinetist - I just start playing clarinet for the first time in the past 6 - 18 months. (You likely should register in Level 1 unless you have had lessons or previous musical experience.)

B

Returning Clarinetist - I used to play, but have only recently (say in the last 6 months) come back to the clarinet after years away from it. If you were a good player in the past, Michelle recommends Level 2 unless you want to start over with all of basic fundamentals of clarinet.

C

Intermediate - I have some things that I do well, but there are many things that challenge me and I would love to improve with guidance. I can handle the basics, but would love to improve finer aspects of tone, fingering and articulation. (You likely should register in Level 2)

D

Intermediate /More Advanced - I have been playing actively for more than three years, and play more advanced music. (You should register in Level 2)

Are you prepared to participate in regular group lessons (at least ten, with the option to add a couple if needed) and willing to try out a variety of trainings that are designed to help you reach your own Clarinet Dreams?
